Vision & Mission

The vision of the University of Ilorin is “to be an international Centre of excellence in learning, research, probity and service to humanity”. Its Mission is “to provide a world-class environment for learning, research and community service”.

In order to accomplish the vision and mission, we cannot solely depend on government funding. Achieving the goals of the University will require active involvement from all stakeholders and supporters, who can generously contribute to supplement the inadequate government funding.
